Event Details

Join edible Upcountry magazine and co-host Greenville Tech's Culinary Institute of the Carolinas along with presenting sponsor AgSouth Farm Credit for the 3rd annual Upstate Food Hub, a business-to-business networking event for Upstate food producers (farmers, food/drink artisans, etc) and Upstate food buyers (restaurants, caterers, markets, value-added processors, schools/institutions, etc.).

Start 2014 off right with this afternoon half-day meeting of lively, pertinent panel discussion and structured networking. Come early and grab lunch at the food truck rally in the parking lot out front and then enjoy local artisan food sampling throughout the day. The experience is capped off by a happy hour featuring our food region’s delicious bounty planned, prepared and professionally served by the staff and students of the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas.

NEW THIS YEAR! In conjunction with Furman University's Shi Center for Sustainability, representatives from the nonprofit, government and educational sectors who work to support a healthy local food system and economy are invited to attend a free morning nonprofit roundtable. The goal of this free morning event is to build better connection and awareness among these vital supporting and enabling sectors of our food system.
